Last Sunday, it rained again and some of the barangays in the city nabahaan nasad, no electricity for three days  around the city and karon lang nagka-kuryente sa amoa. And mao ni among street.. baha nasad adtong Sunday!

…i’m wishing the “sunshiny” weather be back soon in Cagayan de Oro!

I read it online that January 10, 2009 will have the brightest full moon for this year and also called the full wolf moon according to the Native American Folklore.
I went outside and took pictures of it. It is the brightest full moon I have ever seen in my life. .
…whoa!

Of course after the flash flood, our house was a mess and so were  my neighbors’ and our neighborhood. Tsk. A lot of cleaning were involved…

..so many stuff to clean, so little time!

No words can describe exactly what I felt when I saw the water getting inside our house… For the first time, there was a flash flood in Cagayan de Oro. Shook everyone because never ever did this city, had flood problems, typhoon problems (buyag buyag) until that day (January 03, 2009).

Mama’s Birthday which is New Year’s Eve , is always been a tradition for her side of the family to get together and instead of giving gifts during Christmas Eve, this is the time where we give gifts to each other.
